3 Patti Deposit Not Received - Missing Payment Troubleshooting

If money left your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account but the game balance did not update, do not send the same deposit again. First find out whether the payment is pending, failed, reversed, or successful but not credited.

Examples from our game directory. Features, payment methods and device support can differ by app.

Quick answer

Check the payment status in your wallet or bank first. If it says Successful, save the transaction ID and compare the recipient details with the payment instructions shown by the game. If the game balance is still missing, contact the game's own support with the transaction proof. Do not repeat the deposit just because the first one is slow.

Start by separating the problem into one of four cases

Payment is still pending

Your wallet or bank has not finished the transaction yet. The game may not be able to credit it until the payment settles.

Payment failed

The transfer did not complete. Check whether the amount stayed in your account or was later reversed.

Payment successful, balance missing

This is the main “deposit not received” case. You need the transaction ID and the game's payment record.

Paid the wrong account

The money may have gone somewhere other than the current in-app payment destination. Treat this separately and contact the payment provider quickly.

1. Check your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transaction history

Do not rely only on the balance shown on the home screen. Open the transaction history and find the exact payment. Write down the status, amount, date/time, recipient details and transaction/reference ID.

A screenshot of the transaction page is useful, but hide unrelated account balances and personal details before sharing it with support.

2. Compare the recipient details carefully

Check the number or account that actually received your payment against the details shown in the game's current deposit screen. A copied payment number from an old screenshot, WhatsApp message, Telegram group or comment may no longer be valid.

If the recipient is different from the one currently shown by the game, do not send another payment to “test” it. Keep the evidence and contact the correct support channel.

Do not send a second deposit to unlock the first one

If someone says your first deposit is stuck and asks you to send another amount to a personal wallet number, stop. A second payment can turn one missing transaction into two.

Never share an Easypaisa or JazzCash MPIN, OTP, debit-card PIN, banking password, or remote-screen access with anyone claiming they can manually credit your game account.

3. Check the amount and deposit instructions

Some game payment flows use minimum amounts, fixed recharge options, order numbers or a temporary payment page. If you sent a different amount or skipped a required step, the system may not match the payment to your player account automatically.

Do not guess the minimum or try to repair the payment by sending the difference. Check the current deposit instructions first.

4. Did you create a payment order before sending money?

Some apps first create an order inside the cashier and then show a recipient or payment method. That order can be how the operator knows which user should receive the credit.

If you sent money outside that flow, the operator may need to trace the transfer manually. Keep the transaction ID and tell support exactly what happened instead of creating several new orders.

5. Refresh the game before assuming the money is missing

Sometimes the payment is credited but the visible balance is stale. Close and reopen the wallet screen, refresh the app, or sign out and back in if it is safe to do so.

Before logging out, make sure you know your login method and can recover the account. If you are using a guest account, do not risk losing access just to refresh the balance.

6. Check whether the payment was reversed

A failed transaction can sometimes show money leaving temporarily before the payment provider reverses it. Look for a reversal or refund entry in the same wallet/bank transaction history.

There is no one reversal time that applies to every provider and every transaction. If the provider says the payment failed but the money has not returned, contact that payment provider using its official support channel and transaction reference.

7. Payment successful but the game still shows nothing

This is when the game's support team needs useful proof. Give them the information that helps them match the payment:

  • Your game user ID or username.
  • The exact deposit amount.
  • The payment method used.
  • The transaction/reference ID.
  • The date and approximate time.
  • The recipient number/account shown in the completed payment.
  • A screenshot that shows the successful status without exposing secret credentials.

Keep the support ticket or chat record until the balance is corrected or the payment is clearly resolved.

If you paid the wrong Easypaisa or JazzCash number

Do not assume the game can reverse a payment sent to the wrong recipient. The first step is to confirm the transaction details and contact the payment provider through its official support process as soon as possible.

Be careful with anyone who promises guaranteed recovery in exchange for another fee. Do not share your MPIN or OTP during a recovery request.

Deposit pending vs deposit not received

These are related but not identical. If your payment provider still says Pending, the transfer itself is not final. If it says Successful but the game wallet did not update, the operator needs to trace the credit.

This distinction matters because sending the same proof to the wrong support team wastes time. Payment-provider status first; game-credit status second.

How to prevent the same problem next time

  • Start the deposit from the current in-app cashier, not an old screenshot.
  • Confirm the recipient before tapping Send.
  • Check the amount and any order/reference shown by the app.
  • Save the transaction receipt until the game balance updates.
  • Do not use payment numbers shared by strangers in comments or messaging groups.
  • Do not make repeated payments when one transaction is unresolved.

Deposit not received FAQs

Money left my Easypaisa but the game balance is zero. What should I do?

Check the Easypaisa transaction status and save the transaction ID. If the payment is successful, contact the game's official support with the amount, time, recipient and transaction reference.

Should I deposit again?

No, not just because the first payment is slow. Resolve the first transaction before sending another one.

What if the payment failed but money was deducted?

Check for a reversal/refund in the payment-provider history. If it does not return within the provider's stated process, contact that provider with the transaction reference.

Can 3Patti.io credit my missing deposit?

No. 3Patti.io does not process or hold player deposits. We provide troubleshooting information only.

What proof should I send to support?

Your game user ID, deposit amount, payment method, transaction ID, date/time, recipient details and a safe screenshot of the successful payment are usually the most useful records.
