Quick recovery checklist
- Identify the exact 3 Patti game and login method you used before.
- Try the same phone number, email, username or linked login method.
- Use the in-app Forgot Password or OTP recovery option.
- If you changed phones, do not assume a new device means a new account.
- If the old number is lost, contact the game's official support with proof of account ownership.
- Never share your OTP, MPIN, password or wallet PIN with a “recovery agent.”
First: make sure you are trying to recover the right account
Many 3 Patti apps allow more than one login method. A phone-number account, Google/social login and guest account can create separate profiles even on the same phone.
If you log in and your name, balance or history looks wrong, you may be inside a different profile rather than looking at a deleted account. Sign out carefully and try the exact login method you used originally.
Common recovery situations
Forgot password
Use the game's own reset link or OTP flow tied to your registered phone/email.
OTP not arriving
Check the number, signal, SMS blocking, spam folders and whether you still control the registered contact.
Lost old SIM
Try to restore access to the number through your mobile operator or use the game's official manual recovery process.
Changed phone
Install the current official app and sign in using the same account method. Do not register again by default.
Guest account
Guest profiles can be harder to restore because they may not have a recovery phone/email linked.
Wrong account after login
You may have used a different phone, email or social login than the original profile.
Forgot your password?
Use the Forgot Password, Reset Password or similar option inside the real app or publisher website. Enter the same phone number or email that was originally linked to the account.
If the game sends a reset code, type it only into the official app/site. A real password-reset process does not require you to send the OTP to another person.
OTP is not arriving
- Recheck the phone number or email spelling.
- Make sure the phone can receive normal SMS/calls and has signal.
- Check spam/junk folders if the code is sent by email.
- Stop pressing “Send OTP” repeatedly; newer requests can replace older codes.
- If the app shows a cooldown or rate limit, wait for that limit rather than forcing more requests.
- If you no longer control the registered number/email, move to manual recovery instead of trying random OTPs.
Lost your old SIM or changed your Pakistan number?
If the account is tied to an old Pakistani mobile number, first check whether you can restore that number through the relevant mobile operator. If the SIM belongs to you and can be replaced, regaining the original number is often the cleanest way to receive recovery codes again.
If the number cannot be recovered, use the game's official support channel and explain that you no longer control the old number. The operator may ask for account details to prove ownership.
Do not send a CNIC image or other identity document to a random WhatsApp number. If identity proof is required, verify that the request comes through the actual operator's secure process.
Changed phone? Your account may still be fine
Changing from one Android phone to another does not normally require a new game account. Install the current app from a trusted publisher source, then choose the same login method used on the old phone.
If the new phone automatically signs you into a different Google/social account, check that detail before assuming your balance is gone.
Guest accounts need extra care
A guest account may be stored mainly on the device until you bind it to a phone number, email or supported account. If you uninstall the app, clear app data or lose the phone before linking the guest profile, recovery can be difficult or sometimes impossible.
If you can still open the guest profile, look for a safe account-binding option before reinstalling or resetting the phone.
What information helps prove the account is yours?
Every operator has its own recovery rules, but useful non-secret records can include:
- Game user ID, username or profile name.
- The old registered phone number or email.
- Approximate account creation period.
- Recent deposit or withdrawal transaction IDs.
- Old screenshots that show the user ID or profile.
- Device details you previously used, if the operator asks.
Do not treat passwords, OTPs, wallet PINs or card PINs as “proof.” Those are secret credentials and should stay private.
Account recovery scams to avoid
- Someone asks for an OTP so they can “verify” your account.
- A person asks for your Easypaisa/JazzCash MPIN to restore a game wallet.
- A fake support page asks you to enter the same password you use for email or banking.
- An agent asks for an advance payment to unlock the account.
- Someone wants remote-control access to your phone.
Recovery should happen through the actual app or verified publisher support, not through a stranger who contacted you first.
If your account was hacked or details changed
If you can still access the account, change the password and recovery details through the official settings where available. Also change any reused password on other services.
If you cannot log in because the phone/email was changed, contact the operator's official support and clearly say the account may be compromised. Give them your user ID and safe ownership records, but never send your current OTP or payment PIN.
Account recovered but balance looks wrong?
First confirm that the recovered profile has the same user ID as your old account. If the ID is different, you may still be in another profile.
If the user ID is correct but deposits or withdrawals are missing, gather the relevant transaction references and contact the game operator. For payment-specific issues, see our deposit not received and withdrawal pending guides.
3Patti.io login vs a game account
Your account for an individual 3 Patti game belongs to that game's operator. A separate 3Patti.io website login is not the same thing. We cannot see, reset or recover passwords for third-party game accounts.
For normal sign-in help, read the 3 Patti login guide. This page is specifically for accounts you can no longer access.
Account recovery FAQs
Can I recover a 3 Patti account without my old phone number?
Possibly, but it depends on the operator. Use official support and be ready to provide safe account-ownership records such as user ID and transaction references.
Why did my balance disappear after I changed phones?
You may have signed into a different profile. Compare the user ID and login method with the old account before assuming the balance was deleted.
Can a guest account be recovered after uninstalling?
Sometimes not. Guest accounts that were never linked to a recovery method can be difficult to restore after app data is removed.
Should I give support my OTP?
No. Enter OTPs only into the official recovery screen. Do not send them to another person.
Can 3Patti.io reset my game account?
No. We do not have access to third-party operator databases. Use that game's official recovery process.
